Princeton Family YMCA Facility Hours
Fitness Evaluations
At no cost to our Full-Facility Members, the Princeton Family YMCA offers fitness evaluations for those who would like to know how they compare according to their age and sex. This is a great opportunity to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses as far as aerobic capacity, body fat, flexibility, strength and endurance. Results can be used to better develop your individual exercise program.

Personal Training
Are you getting the most from your workout? A YMCA Personal Trainer could be just what you need. Whatever your age, goals or fitness level, our trainers are skilled in designing a personalized exercise routine that meets your individual needs and helps you gain confidence. Learn proper breathing technique and form. Receive fitness tests to monitor improvement.

S.N.A.P. - Special Needs Adaptive Program - YOGA
A comprehensive program of yoga techniques designed to enhance the natural development of individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
This program includes an integrated series of balanced yoga poses to increase body awareness, strength and flexibility, as well as specialized breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to improve concentration and reduce hyperactivity.
Classes available for children and adults in a private, semi-private and small group setting.
